Barranquilla is the funniest city in Colombia. Barranquilleros are the happiest, the most talk-active and funny people in this South-american country. Every year, we celebrate the Carnival in Barranquilla, a magestic celebration where color, music, parades, dancers, brightness and, here, the exageration is considered normal.
